Regular Mats
- The regular size mats of both Scribble Mat and Hey Doodle are very similar in size.
- Scribble Mat comes in a felt pouch with 4 pens.
- Hey Doodle comes in a plastic, zip lock pouch with 9 pens.
- Scribble Mat have larger, simpler designs for younger children to colour.
- Hey Doddle designs are smaller and also include letters or numbers for tracing.
- Pricing wise they are similar Hey Doodle are $31.95 and Scribble Mat $35.
- You can buy extra pens separately with both brands too.

Mini Mats
- Hey Doodle Mini Mats are a bit bigger than the Mini Scribble Mats.
- Hey Doodle Mini Mats are the same designs as their larger mats but have less on them eg. numbers 1-5 instead of 1-10 on larger mats.
- Mini Scribble Mats are different designs to their range of larger mats. Some of these are smaller, more intricate designs to challenge older children too.
- Both brands come with 3 pens.
- Scribble Mats comes in a felt pouch and Hey Doodle in a durable cardboard tube.
- Pricing of the Mini Scribble Mat is $28 and Hey Doodle is $19.80
