Shipping and Delivery

We currently post orders within Australia via Australia Post with tracking and offer FREE postage on orders over $250 of physical products (gift cards are not included).

For orders below $250 we charge a flat rate of $14 for Standard Shipping and $25 for Express Shipping for a 5kg satchel.

If your shipping address is located within 25km of our pervious store in Wynnum, QLD 4178 you will be able to select a reduced rate for $7 Local Delivery for Standard Shipping at the checkout. If you are outside of the radius the option will not appear at the checkout.

Uncollected or forfeited parcels will incur additional shipping costs to be resent if returned to sender.  

Shipping to New Zealand

Please email us at info@littletoytribe.com.au with a list of products you wish to purchase and your full postal address, and we will reply with a shipping quote. Please note that we are unable to ship the following brands internationally - Grimm's, Grapat, Wobbel, Ostheimer, Cub & Fox and Stapelstein. 

Combined Orders

We are happy to combine and/or add products to orders already placed if you have not already received a shipping notification and have forgotten something.

Please contact us via email and let us know what items you would like to add to your order and your order number so we can edit the order and send an amended invoice through via email. Your order will ship once payment has been made.

Time Frames  

Orders are packed daily and will be shipped within 2 business days of purchase. We aim to have orders posted out same and next business day after purchase however please be patient with us during busy periods such as Christmas.

We use Australia Post as our courier. If you have any special requests or would like to give authority to leave your parcel in a safe place please leave a note in the 'shipping requests' section on the cart page at checkout.

Once we have packed your order and it is dispatched you will be sent confirmation via email or text with the tracking number. Once your order has been posted the delivery times are outside of our control. Little Toy Tribe does not take any responsibility if an item does not arrive to you in time for a certain date due to postage delays.

We understand how exciting it is to receive mail and we promise we will always do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible!

Christmas Postage

We are always busy packing orders as quickly as possible and get parcels on the way to you within 2 business days of the order being placed. 

Little Toy Tribe does not take any responsibility if an item does not arrive to you in time for a certain date due to postage delays. Below you can check shipping transit times for your region via Australia Post Domestic Delivery Times. We are located in Brisbane.

Please place your order 3 business days prior to lodgement dates listed below to allow us time to pack and dispatch your order. 

Parcel Post: Monday 21 December

Please note: This excludes Parcel Post (Standard Shipping) sent to Western Australia, Tasmania and Northern Territory need to be lodged by Monday 14 December.

Express Post: Wednesday 23 December

Please note: Express Post items sent to Northern Territory and Western Australia need to be lodged by Tuesday 22 December.

Authority To Leave 

By default we will not mark packages to be left without authority. You are welcome to request authority to leave in the 'shipping requests' section on the cart page however Little Toy Tribe does not take any responsibility for parcels after delivery is completed. This includes but is not limited to theft and effects of weather.

Gift Wrapping and Discreet Shipping

We are able to wrap items in tissue paper with curling ribbon, print a message onto a postcard and supply a gift receipt.

All of these options are available in our 'gift wrapping options' on the cart page when placing an order. You can choose from pink, blue, green and red tissue paper and a range of postcards. 

Packaging

As a company that loves our natural and sustainably made products we also try to be environmentally minded throughout the process of delivering them to you.

We shamelessly reuse shipping boxes and filler as much as possible. These have proven themselves to safely transport their contents to us and are still in great shape to bring them to you.
