Shipping and Delivery
We offer FREE postage on all orders over $200.
Orders below $200 are:
- $10 for orders up to 5 kg
- $25 for orders 5kg to 25kg
- Orders over 25kg standard shipping can be arranged by contacting us.
- If you require to split your order into multiple payment options, eg: Paypal and Afterpay.
- Orders under $200 total, please use code 'COMBINE' on second order.
- Your order will be shipped for single shipping fee as listed above.
- Orders over $200, please use code COMBINE on both orders.
- $25 for orders up to 5kg Satchel
- Orders over 5kg satchel express can be arranged by contacting us.
Due to the bulky nature of Wobbel Boards they do not fall under our normal shipping policy of free shipping over $200.
We offer free shipping on all Wobbel Boards across Australia to metro areas however rural and remote areas are excluded.
If your postage falls into a rural or remote area we will contact you with postage price of which we will cover the standard shipping cost of $20 and quote you the difference.
Your order will be packed and sent within 2 business days of purchase.
When we have packed your order and it is dispatched you will be sent confirmation via email or text with the tracking number.
Once your order has been sent the delivery times are outside of our control.
Estimated delivery times vary based on where you live and at busy times of the year eg. Christmas.
We usually use Couriers Please, Fastway and TNT as their shipping times are faster than Australia Post. However if you are rural or provide a PO Box address your order will be sent via Australia Post.
If you have a preference as to which Courier you'd like us to use or require your order before a specific date please leave a note at the checkout or contact us.
We understand how exciting it is to receive mail and we promise we will always do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible!
If you are located near Brisbane we offer Local Pickup from Wynnum West, Queensland 4178.
When ordering online please use the discount code ‘LOCALPICKUP’ at checkout and the shipping costs will be removed.
NOTE: If using with other discount codes please add https://littletoytribe.com.au/products/local-pickup to your cart to remove shipping charges.
Please contact us directly after placing your order to arrange a pick up time and aim to collect orders within 7 days of purchase.
Local Pickup is available during the following hours but please make sure to always contact us beforehand. If these times don’t suit please contact us and we will aim to organise another time.
Tuesday: 3 pm – 6pm
Friday: 1pm – 5pm
At our monthly open days on Saturday and Sunday on rotation.
As a company that loves our natural and sustainably made products we also try to be environmentally minded throughout the process of delivering them to you.
We shamelessly reuse shipping boxes as much as possible. These have proven themselves to safely transport their contents to us and are still in great shape to bring them to you.
We also greatly encourage you to reuse them again, either for shipping or the ever-loved box car, house, drum, canvas, or whatever else you can imagine.
We always love seeing these creations!
