We post all orders via Australia Post. If you have a special request or would like to give authority to leave, please leave a note at checkout.

Our store operates primarily online and isn't open regular business hours. We are open from 10am-2pm on Thursday's during school terms and Saturday's once a month. These dates are kept up to date along with opening times on google.

Yes! We can ship your order directly to the gift recipient saving you multiple shipping costs.

At checkout:

• Enter the recipient’s delivery address and your billing details
• Choose gift wrapping (optional)
• Add a personalised card
• Request gift receipt and removal of pricing
• Include any special requests in the order notes

Yes, all orders are supplied with a PDF downloadable tax invoice via a link on your order confirmation email. If you require additional details to be added for NDIS claims, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Yes! Complete the NDIS Order Form and we will get back to you within 1-2 business days confirming your order with an invoice and can also send it onto your Plan Manager if needed.

We can create invoices for registered Childcare Centres, Schools and Allied Health Services.
