This anatomically correct Miniland baby doll helps children understand family, community and diversity, building self-recognition and a sense of belonging while respecting culture and inclusivity. Made in Spain and vanilla-scented to smell like a newborn baby, with well-defined ethnic features and articulated limbs. Without batteries or sound, the doll follows the child's lead in play rather than the other way around. The Australian Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Dolls were developed in Australia in consultation with several Indigenous Australians, including artist Garry Purchase, with 3.5% of proceeds donated to Children's Ground.
