Shipping and Delivery

We offer FREE postage on all orders over $200. For orders below $200 we charge a flat rate of $10.95.

We offer express shipping for $25 flat rate for a 5kg satchel. We will quote larger bulky items after checkout.

Combined Orders

We are happy to combine/add products to orders already placed if you put through an order and forgot something or wish to add to a Pre-Order as long as it hasn't already been packed or shipped.

Please contact us and let us know what items you would like to add to your order and your order number so we can edit it and send an amended invoice.

Your order will ship once payment has been made.

PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT offer combined orders during Grimm's, Grapat and Ostheimer restocks due to the influx of orders and needing to post them as soon as we can. You can only qualify for free shipping during this time when $200 is spent in the one trasaction, we hope you can understand.

Wobbel Boards

Due to the bulky nature of Wobbel Boards they do not fall under our normal shipping policy of free shipping over $200.

We offer free shipping on all Wobbel Boards across Australia to metro areas however rural and remote areas are excluded.

If your postage falls into a rural or remote area we will contact you with postage price of which we will cover the standard shipping cost of $20 and quote you the difference.

Time Frames  

Your order will be packed and sent within 3 business days of purchase but we do aim to have orders out same and next business day after purchase but with big restocks such as Grimm's and Grapat and busy periods such as Christmas please allow extra time.

When we have packed your order and it is dispatched you will be sent confirmation via email or text with the tracking number. 

Once your order has been sent the delivery times are outside of our control.

Estimated delivery times vary based on where you live and at busy times of the year eg. Christmas & Easter.

We use use Aus Post, Couriers Please, Fastway and TNT as our couriers.

If you would like to specify which courier to send your order through please leave a note at checkout.

We understand how exciting it is to receive mail and we promise we will always do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible!

Pickup

If you are located near Brisbane we offer free Local Pickup from our shop front located at 1/106 Bay Terrace, Wynnum.

Please select the 'Pickup' option at checkout.

Packaging

As a company that loves our natural and sustainably made products we also try to be environmentally minded throughout the process of delivering them to you.

We shamelessly reuse shipping boxes and filler as much as possible. These have proven themselves to safely transport their contents to us and are still in great shape to bring them to you.

We also greatly encourage you to reuse them again, either for shipping or the ever-loved box car, house, drum, canvas, or whatever else you can imagine.
We always love seeing these creations!
